Returning & exchange item
Quantity fault
If an item quantity is fault, please contact us as soon as possible on
shop@crish.cz.
Item is broken or faulty
If an item is wrong or faulty, please contact us on
shop@crish.cz as soon as possible and no later than the end of the warranty period.
We will refund shipping costs if there is a fault with the product. However, we cannot accept responsibility for return or re-shipping costs incurred when returning non-faulty items.
Exchanging item
If an item size is fault, please contact us as soon as possible on
shop@crish.cz and let us know about the new item you require in the form as follows:
- ARTICLE CODE - ARTICLE NAME - SIZE - QUANTITY The address for sending your item is:
Crish.cz, s.r.o., Lešetín IV / 707, 760 01 Zlín, Czech republic.
The originals invoice is necessary to enclose to your garment. Otherwise, such requests will not be accepted.
All items should be unworn and unused, and in its 100% original condition and should be sent back to our address
not later than within next 14 days since delivery.

Returning item for any reason (contract withdrawal)
If you wish to return your item for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible on
shop@crish.cz and let us know about the item you would like to return in the form as follows:
- ARTICLE CODE - ARTICLE NAME - SIZE - QUANTITY All items should be unworn and unused, and in its 100% original condition and
must be dispatched to our address within next 14 days after original delivery. The originals invoice is necessary to enclose to your garment.
Otherwise, such requests will not be accepted.
The amount of the value of the item will be refunded back to the card (bank account) which was used to purchase the item(s).
